We offer the highest quality video deposition services with the latest high-
end equipment, proper lighting, room set-up, experience and extensive
knowledge of the legal field and all of its appropriate protocols.

We arrive on site one hour prior to the schedule start time.
- Broadcast quality 3 chip digital camera.
On camera date/time indicator.
- High quality individual lavaliere for each of the participants & boundary microphones. Sound recording equipment.
- Additional lighting if room lighting is insufficient.
- Backdrops provided as needed.
- VHS and or DVD handed at the conclusion of the deposition.
- Audio tapes recorded on site handed to the Court Reporters.
- Certification signed by the Legal Video Specialist that each
VHS tape or DVD is accurate true and compete record of the Deposition.
- Master tape kept on file
- Complete set of back-up equipment.
VIDEO DEPOSITION PRICES
First 2 hours : $ 225.00
Each additional Hour: $75.00
Additional VHS or DVD Copies: $30.00 each
No charge for set up time and no charge for travel expenses within an hour of driving from our office.
Additional hours are billed after the 2 hour minimum.
ADDITIONAL CAMERA
Second camera is used for the oposing or deposing attorneys and for "picture in picture" effect. Advance notice is required for 2nd camera.
Additional Camera: 50% of above rates.

ENCODING
We convert the deposition video to a variety of digital formats
-
MPEG-2:
2 hours of high quality audio and video on a DVD disc playable on consumer DVD Players. DVD can hold more than 2 hours of video
but the quality of the video diminishes.

MPEG-1:
VHS quality video and audio in a computer data file.
1 hour of video and audio on CD disc. Up to 6 hours on a DVD disc.
Can be played on any PC with no special software. MPEG 1 video along with the transcript can be synchronized. Read bellow.

MPEG-4, H.264 The iPOD format:
The video format for the iPOD can be downloaded from the iTunes. Current models of iPODs can hold up to 300 hours of deposition.
Just one CD-ROM can hold up to 7 hours of video deposition in the H264 format. Just plug your iPOD into the court projector and play
the deposition.

Video Synchronization :
By synchronizing the reporter's transcript ASCII and the videotape,
you have the ability to enhance the presentation in the court room
as the video along with the text appear on the projector screen at
the same time. Comparable with the most popular trial presentation software TrialDirector, Sanction, Summation, & Livenote..
